John,

BREAKING: FORD WORKERS WIN TENTATIVE AGREEMENT WITH RECORD WAGE INCREASES [[link removed]]

Ford workers won a HUGE victory, with a tentative agreement that will see a 25% increase in wages.

Strikes work: since these first workers went on strike, Ford's offer went up in value by 50%.

When workers band together, we WILL win. These greedy CEOs know that without us, nothing gets done. Without us, nothing gets sold. And without us, nobody profits.

Today it was Ford – the rest will follow. Send America's CEOs a message: we are united against the exploitation of ALL workers, no matter what industry we work in. [[link removed]]

Because of movements like ours, millions of workers are saying ENOUGH. There have been more strikes in 2023 than any year in the last 40 years. And the most important thing is: it's working.

* Hospital workers at Kaiser Permanente staged the largest healthcare strike ever this month, and WON a tentative agreement that increased salaries by 21% and secured other benefits.
* Auto workers with UAW already WON an agreement that batteries for electric cars will be made by union workers getting paid union salaries.
* Writers in Hollywood went on strike for weeks and WON a tentative agreement that raises wages by 12.5%, institutes staffing minimums, and secures streaming residuals.
* UPS drivers WON key safety regulations like air conditioning in trucks and raised minimum salaries to $21/hour after just threatening a strike earlier this year.

And still, CEOs think they can get away with exploiting workers. They continue to tell us there's no money for benefits or raises while boasting record profits in shareholder meetings. That ends now.

SEND YOUR LETTER [[link removed]]

The fight is far from over. Thousands of hotel workers, auto workers, and screen actors are still on strike. Fast-food, Starbucks, and grocery workers are being punished for organizing their colleagues, with more walking off the job every day. Sign the letter today to show solidarity with workers and let CEOs know: we won't stop until we get the respect, protections, and pay we deserve. [[link removed]]
