Hi,

Today is Vote Early Day!

Find vote early options with StudentVote.org.

Vote Early Day was founded as a new civic holiday focused on helping every voter know how, where, and when they can vote early. Whether you want to skip long lines on election day, avoid big crowds for public health, or just make sure you don't forget to vote, voting early is a great option that is available in nearly every state, whether in-person or by mail-in ballot.

Find out your early voting options now!

Now is a critical time in our campaign to make sure the voice of young people is heard this Fall. In the 2022 Midterm Election, while youth voter turnout reached a near-record high for the midterms, only 27% of young people actually turned out. Imagine what the world could look like if every young person voted each election!

Want to help us increase youth voter turnout? Here are the top 3 things you can do to help turn out students this election!

  1. Help students make a plan to vote - helping someone figure out how, where, and when to vote is key to ensuring that they vote by November 7th. Check out our online planning tool to help students make a plan and get friendly reminders before the Election
  2. Organize large, creative activities on your campus - Making voting fun with creative activities in high traffic areas on campus. Donut-forget to Vote, Vote Goats, Voting is not Spooky themed events are some of my favorite ideas our students are organizing. Check out our GOTV Toolkit to see more ideas for events

  3. Talk to your friends, classmates, and others about voting and connect them to StudentVote.org - Educate students about the important information they need before voting like: checking their registration, finding your polling location, requesting an absentee ballot, and knowing state specific voting information. All of these resources can be found on StudentVote.org, the one-stop-shop resource for student voting.

Happy Vote Early Day!
