Not only did Pfizer quietly hike up the price of COVID drug Paxlovid from the $13 it takes to produce to almost $1,400 for you or me to buy at the drugstore, but they quadrupled the price of the COVID vaccine to $115.

ALSO, they made a whopping $31 BILLION in profits last year, and their CEO took home over $33 MILLION in compensation.
