Hi John, We're excited to announce that Seneca Savoie (he/him) has joined the TFN team as our new Organizing Director! |
|
|
Seneca has lived in Austin for 37 years, and he's been an active organizer since 2018, working on multiple campaigns around housing and criminal justice. He has worked with organizations like Equity Action, Homes Not Handcuffs, Ground Game Texas, Texas Appleseed, and Progressive Turnout Project. When he’s not building local power in Texas, Seneca is an avid (but aging) fencer. ⚔️ |

As Organizing Director, Seneca will lead our efforts to engage, organize, and mobilize progressive Texans — and support the advancement of our Just Texas program by building relationships with progressive faith leaders and communities.
By working together, we can build a Texas where all people are safe, valued, and can thrive. As TFN continues fighting for our freedoms at the Capitol, the State Board of Education, the ballot box, and in our communities, we're happy to have Seneca on our team to help lead the way. Onward,
The TFN Team
P.S. Early voting for the November election has begun! Find your polling place here, and visit our Voter Education Hub for all the information you need to vote for change. Early voting ends Nov. 3, and Election Day is Nov. 7!
