Ariel Dloomy is the General Director of the Beracha Foundation. Prior to this position, he served as the Co-Executive Director of AJEEC – the Arab-Jewish Center for Equality, Empowerment, and Cooperation. Ariel is an experienced professional in the fields of non-profit management, social-economic development, and a shared society. He holds a master's degree in Middle East politics from the University of London and another master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Ariel is married with two children. He was born and raised in Kibbutz Nahal Oz, one of the localities that were invaded by Hamas on October 7th.
