Should SPLC List Its Own Employee Union as a Hate Group? |
by Joshua Arnold |
After weeks of silence from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) on Hamas's October 7 terror attack that killed more Jews than any event since the Holocaust, the SPLC employee's union released its own statement via X, formerly known as Twitter, claiming to stand "strongly in solidarity with the Palestinian people." The statement may cause the SPLC union to meet SPLC's own criteria for an anti-Semitic hate group. |

Britney Spears's Tragic Story Shows DIY Abortions Only Cause More Pain |
by Sarah Holliday |
There are countless testimonies of women feeling a "deep emptiness" or "trauma" after an abortion. Others have experienced nightmares and depression. From mothers who've gone through the procedure, we know that it's painful emotionally, mentally, and physically. However, testimonies have also revealed how the difficulty and agony of abortion is compounded when it's done chemically, away from the doctor's office. Pop star Britney Spears drove that reality home in her recently released her memoir, "The Woman in Me," where she details her horrifying experience with a do-it-yourself abortion. |

by Suzanne Bowdey |
A month ago, the idea of U.S. troops doing live-fire exercises in Iraq would have seemed like something out of 2002. But almost three weeks removed from one of the bloodiest days in the modern Middle East, war is closer than it's ever been. With more than 18 separate attacks launched at American soldiers last week, it's clear: Israel is no longer the only target. |

Lawmakers are warning that the funding request for the southern border does not address failures in the Biden administration's underlying border policies, which they say have contributed to "the worst border crisis in our history." |

Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and the People of Israel |
by Lela Gilbert |
As the saying goes, "These are the times that try men's souls." And since Jerusalem was my home for more than 10 years, I'm immediately wide-awake when terror and war strike there once again. Attacks on Israel are a powerful blow to the soul of everyone who loves the Jewish state and its people. Since October 7, I've been in touch with several Israeli friends and their now-growing families to see how they are coping with their current circumstances. I'll share what they've written to me since the war began. |

Proposed Federal Foster Care Rule Discriminates against Christians |
by Arielle Del Turco |
The Biden administration's Health and Human Services (HHS) released a proposed rule at the end of last month that would act as a blanket ban on Christians from serving LGBT-identifying youth in foster care. In addition to posing serious religious freedom concerns, if enacted, the proposed rule could ultimately create further obstacles for children in foster care waiting to be placed in a loving home. |
