Working Families Party

John,

Our two candidates running for Philadelphia City Council on the Working Families Party ballot line — Kendra Brooks and Nicolas O’Rourke — are up with a new ad on TV and digital to show voters what it would mean for their future to vote Republicans out and bring Working Families in.

Click here to watch the ad. Then, split a contribution of $10 or any amount to Kendra and Nic’s campaigns to help them win in November and make the Working Families Party the dominant minority party in Philadelphia. Every dollar we raise now will help us reach more voters in the final weeks of this election.

This new ad breaks down how Philadelphia voters have a chance on Election Day to wrest control from Republicans in one of the nation’s largest cities, once and for all.

Voters in Philadelphia get five votes for at-large city council candidates. If they vote for Nic and Kendra, and then three Democrats of their choice — Democrats maintain their majority, and WFP replaces Republicans.

It’s as simple as that. Just two votes for WFP champions who are demanding more public school funding, more affordable housing units, more protections for workers — and more investments in working people.

So with just 13 days left until Election Day and early voting already underway — split a contribution now between Kendra Brooks and Nicolas O’Rourke’s campaigns to make sure as many voters as possible see this ad and turn out to vote on Election Day.

If we give this our all, we can pull off one of the biggest progressive wins of the 2023 cycle and get closer to building a country where everyone can thrive, one city at a time.

In solidarity,

Working Families Party
