This year, the American Veterans Center is expecting our BIGGEST gathering of World War II heroes for our Annual Veterans Conference in nearly 20 years.

 

And while the budget for this year's Annual Veterans Conference has already been spent, the American Veterans Center team is still hearing from World War II veterans who would like to attend.

 

The Gary Sinise Foundation is generously providing lodging ... American Airlines is providing flights ... and I hope that you, Fellow American, would consider helping to cover lunch and dinner for our World War II heroes during this year's Veterans' Conference.

On average, it costs $100 for each day of meals we provide to a World War II veteran. To make sure we can cover all the meals for the veterans we expect, I'm urgently raising $3,000 before Wednesday, October 25.

Every year, generous and patriotic Americans like YOU help the American Veterans Center honor our nation's heroes, from World War II to today, at the Annual Veterans Conference.

 

At this special, one-of-a-kind event, veterans have the opportunity to share their stories with young people and military cadets in attendance. They can reconnect with their brothers- and sisters-in-arms.

 

And, just as important, they can know that their stories are professionally recorded and preserved by AVC, so their legacy is passed on to the next generation.

The AVC Annual Veterans Conference is a monumental occasion for veterans of every generation.

 

But it's particularly moving for our World War II heroes, who will see firsthand how their service and sacrifices are still being honored, 80 years later.
