If I haven’t had a chance to introduce myself yet, my name is Tyler Redenbaugh, and I started last month as the new Executive Director of the Senate Majority Fund. I was born in Storm Lake and grew up in Urbandale. Over the past ten years I have worked on campaigns all across the country, but since Iowa was always home, a few years ago I moved back to the state to be with my wife and rambunctious dog in Des Moines.

I’m not going to sugar coat it, the Iowa that I grew up in has changed for the worse because of the Republicans in the Senate - from under funding our public schools and attacking their hard working education professionals to making it more difficult for families to be able to afford the bills by refusing to raise the minimum wage since 2008.

You and I can do something about it though. We have a critical election coming up next year, and the Senate Majority Fund will break the Republican Supermajority in the Iowa Senate with the support of activists like you.

Can I count on you to  become a sustainable donor by chipping in $15 or $25 a month to help us have the resources available to turn out voters next November? 

Every sustainable donor helps us better plan out next year’s budget and allows us to bring on critical staff earlier, which will help us break the Republican Supermajority.
