Tonight BYD will elect its Executive Board and vote on Democratic primary endorsements for several state and local races.
50th AD Female District Leader, 56th Assembly District, 22nd Senate District, 25th Senate District, 57th Assembly District, 44th Assembly District Leaders, 42nd Assembly District Leaders, 52nd Assembly District Leaders, and the 3rd Municipal District (Judicial).

Candidates for our Executive Board submitted their responses to the questionnaire last week and they can be viewed here.
We're pleased to announce that we now also have all the questionnaire responses from candidates running in the upcoming state and local Democratic primaries. Please read them here in preparation for tomorrow's vote!
Candidates will be given brief opportunities to address our members and fill out a questionnaire that will be distributed prior to the meeting. All dues-paying members who have attended at least 1 previous BYD meeting are eligible to vote.
You must be a dues-paying member of the BrooklynYoungDemocrats to vote in the endorsement meeting. You can pay your dues here at any time before the meeting tonight.
A BYD voting member may assign their vote by proxy to any other BYD voting member. To designate a proxy voter, please email BYD President John Wasserman at [email protected]. Please also copy our Secretary Julia Elmaleh-Sachs, at [email protected]. The person holding your proxy must also be a BYD member in good standing and can hold no more than three proxies.
