LCB Action: Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed on Medical Cannabis Endorsements
On Oct. 25, 2023, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
New rulemaking initiated:
The Board approved a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending WAC 314-55-020 and WAC 314-55-080 and repealing, amending, and creating rule sections in Title 314 WAC, or both, as necessary to update the rules related to medical cannabis endorsements for retailers and for creating a voluntary mechanism for surrendering a medical cannabis endorsement.
