The FBI is targeting Americans who identify as patriots or use the Gadsden flag symbol on social media.

Help FEE fight back by teaching the next generation about the principles of liberty by making a donation here >>>

Friend,

It doesn’t take much today to end up as a target for standing up for your beliefs.

The latest target is Jaiden, a 12-year-old student who was briefly suspended for wearing a “Don’t Tread on Me” patch on his backpack.

The Colorado Springs school told Jaiden’s mother that the Gadsden flag patch had to be removed before Jaiden could return to the classroom.

While the school board overturned their decision, this isn’t the first time the Gadsden flag has come under attack.

The Gadsden flag came under fire in 2014 when a federal employee filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, alleging he was being subjected to a hostile workplace because a coworker was wearing a “Don’t Tread on Me” cap.

Documents leaked by an FBI whistleblower in 2022 and published by Project Veritas show the FBI has also identified the Gadsden flag as a dangerous symbol.

It’s hard to reach any other conclusion from these facts than that the invasive, corrupt, and heavy-handed FBI is hostile to the principles of the American Revolution and the ideals inscribed in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is teaching the next generation about the economic, ethical, and legal principles of a free society.

I am Lawrence Reed, President Emeritus at FEE. Our program, FEE in the Classroom, educates students about the ideas of liberty, free-market capitalism, private property, personal responsibility, and limited government.

My goal is to raise $30,000 before the end of the month to support this outstanding program. Please consider donating $10, $35, $50, or even $100 by clicking here.

For years, Americans have routinely found themselves the target of FBI probes for no reason.

Do you remember Oliver Anthony’s song “Rich Men North of Richmond”?

It was the most talked about song in America, but what’s a bit more shocking is that Anthony’s heartfelt song and outspoken views may have resulted in unwanted attention from a different source: the FBI.

We don’t know if the FBI has a file on Oliver Anthony yet, but the FBI has a long history of keeping files on famous people, particularly those seen as “agitators” or purveyors of “subversive” ideas.

Among those targeted by the FBI include icons such as Muhammad Ali, Truman Capote, Martin Luther King Jr., Jackie Robinson, James Baldwin, John Steinbeck, Lucille Ball, Rock Hudson, and John Lennon.

Most of these celebrities were guilty of little more than opposing US foreign policy and advocating civil rights for all Americans.

But if we can teach these values to the next generation, we can have a long-term impact on the freedom of this country. My goal is to raise $30,000 before the end of the month. Please chip in any amount today >>>

Such clandestine and invasive activities invite important questions about the true role of government.

FEE in the Classroom helps students better understand how the core principles of individual liberty and free markets have improved every aspect of their lives, even if they didn’t realize it before.

Our goal is to teach 75,000 students the principles of liberty this year

Your support helps FEE reach more of the next generation with the ideas of freedom. Please donate any amount today and help us reach our goal of $30,000 online.
