A Celebration of Impact!

Dear Friends,

It is a distinct pleasure to share this Annual Report with you, as it marks the first outing for Protect All Children from Trafficking, PACT! We are excited to continue the organization’s groundbreaking work with a name that captures our mission and focus, while remaining a proud member of the ECPAT child protection network, active in 105 countries around the world.

In 2022, PACT returned to in-person activities, expanded workshops on online safety, healthy relationships and trafficking prevention for youth, parents and caregivers, and for professionals from the travel and tourism industry. We continued to provide high quality engagement with youth who urgently need support, including those who have the least resources and greatest risk of trafficking and exploitation.

PACT’s Survivors’ Council continued to complement our staff’s deep expertise in trafficking prevention by providing practical and comprehensive insights and recommendations serving our work in education, policy, and in the private sector.

We thank you for joining with us in making a PACT to protect ALL children!

With gratitude,
Lori Cohen, CEO

Lori Cohen Testifies in Congress: ALL Children Have the Right to Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking

On September 13, 2023, the Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance of the Committee on the Judiciary held a crucial hearing titled "Children are Not For Sale: Examining the Threat of Exploitation of Children in the U.S. and Abroad."

While reiterating the urgent need to improve identification and screening measures against child trafficking in migrant home shelters - an issue recently underscored in a report by PACT ([link removed]) , which examined the impact of COVID-19 on migrant children, Lori Cohen stressed the importance of protecting ALL children, including unaccompanied migrant children and those living in the United States.

Our organization ([link removed]) , PACT (Protect All Children from Trafficking), is guided by the fundamental belief that every child has the right to grow up free from trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our mission is to protect ALL children regardless of their background or location.
