We also have some news: the judge in Colorado rejected three more attempts by Donald Trump and the Colorado Republican party to shut down our 14th Amendment lawsuit.

As CNN reported, “The flurry of rulings late Friday from Colorado District Judge Sarah Wallace are a blow to Trump, who faces candidacy challenges in multiple states stemming from his role in the January 6, 2021, insurrection.”

These wins clear the way for our evidentiary hearing on October 30th, where our legal team will begin calling witnesses and presenting evidence that challenges Trump’s qualification for office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
