The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) is requesting comments on changes to policies on the Physical Disability waiver eligibility policy and the Brain Injury eligibility and waitlist management policy.? Both proposed policy changes are attached below. Comments can be made on the KDADS/HCBS website.?
