About the job
The Production Print Planner will work closely with the manager, customer service representatives, scheduler, bindery & press leads, plant manager, fulfillment lead, finance, print and mail services team as well as other teams within Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES). This position is responsible for customer care, education, outreach, and full-service account management to include basic estimates based on current estimating standards for potential jobs, and plans production requirements for all estimated jobs.
