John, If you’re following the news out of Washington you know that Republicans have let petty infighting stop the entire House of Representatives from legislating for more than 20 days. Because Republicans can’t agree on a Speaker of the House, literally nothing is getting done. This kind of obstruction is not limited to Capitol Hill.
