We’re taking to the streets to pressure our targets to make commitments that really matter. It’s way past time that Chase, Blackrock Liberty Mutual and our pensions and endowments stop funding climate disaster!
We are stepping up to host a #StopTheMoneyPipeline event on April 23rd on the Eastside. The Stop the Money Pipeline National Day of Action will unite—in one big day of mobilization—all climate finance campaigns in the USA. This is the perfect opportunity for us to push for climate action that protects our climate, communities, and makes lasting and just change now. If you would like to be involved in the planning and day of ACTION - please email Lin at [email protected].
Wishing Jamie Dimon an (ironic) Happy Birthday
There is a special Jamie Dimon Stop the Money Pipeline birthday card attached to this email. 7 organizations are getting people to write messages on the back of them, sticking them in envelopes and mailing them around March 8th and 9th so that they arrive at Jamie Dimon's home address on his birthday, March 13th. If you are participating in this tactic, let us know by filling out this spreadsheet. And Jamie Dimon's home addresses are:
Jamie Dimon Jamie Dimon
1185 Park Ave 144 Sarles Street
New York, NY, 10128 Mt Kisco, NY, 10545
Let's (keep) drowning Jamie Dimon in calls!
In Feb, we had organizations calling Dimon's office 14 out of 22 days they were open! Let's keep it up! 350 Eastside has signed-up to make a call on Wednesday, March 25th. If you would like to join in, please look for the sign-up sheet at the 350 Eastside General Meeting on 3/18/20 and we’ll get you connected.

Students will also be presenting on what is being initiated in the healthcare field to address the effects of climate change from a nursing lens.
And of course, we will get you up-to-date and give you opportunities to engage in our campaign work and Actions here on the Eastside.
