In just a moment, I am going to ask you to make a contribution to my campaign for Senate. Now, I don't expect you to donate to every email or text we send, but I do hope you'll contribute in response to this one.

Please give me a chance to explain:

One week from today, we close the books on our October fundraising deadline, and right now we're short of our goals for the month.

Now, don’t panic. The sky isn’t falling yet. But we do need to catch up. So here are a few important reasons to chip in $5 or $10 and help us hit those goals.

1. Kyrsten Sinema has a huge cash-on-hand advantage over us right now. She’s raised huge sums of money from the wealthy and well-connected. And that makes sense, because that’s who she represents in the Senate.

2. Kari Lake is in this race. Right now. She launched her campaign earlier this month, and she’s been attacking me directly online and in the media ever since. And with Trump’s endorsement, she’s surely raking in the MAGA cash.

3. By this point in previous Arizona races, outside groups had opened up with multi-million dollar broadsides of attack ads. It’s been quiet here so far, but that could change any day now. We have to be ready — and we need to be able to fight back.

So please. These goals are not arbitrary made up numbers. They are what we need to win. That's why I am asking:

Can I count on you to use this link to contribute $5, $10 or whatever you can afford to my campaign for Senate in Arizona? It will all add up fast if everyone chips-in what they can today.

Thank you in advance for chipping-in today. I am so thankful for this team.
