The OIC is working on a more user-friendly way to navigate our website and we'd love to get your feedback in an online card-sorting study.
What is a card-sorting study?
A card-sorting study helps us understand how people who visit our website organize topics within a category. This exercise will be completed on a website called Optimal Workshop. You will answer a few questions before and after the card sort, organize topic cards into categories, and then name the categories you think fit best.
Example:
- Card Topics: Apple, Pear, Grapes, Oranges
- Category Name: Fruit
How can you help us?
We are looking for people who have visited our website and have up to 10 minutes to provide valuable insights. At the end of the activity, you can enter to win one of four $50 Safeway gift cards as a thank-you for your time.
