Hi John,

We could spend this email writing about the clown show that is the GOP conference right now: how their political games are hurting everyday Americans, making our country less safe, and inching us closer to an economic crisis and government shutdown.

We could do that, but instead, we want to show (not tell you) what real leadership looks like. Instead, we want to remind you that when we have leaders like Suzan in office, our government really can function and serve the people it’s supposed to represent.

Suzan has been busy showing up for Washingtonians by delivering real results from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law passed two years ago under Democratic leadership to invest in our community. She’s standing up for our Native communities by introducing the Indigenous People’s Day Act, working hard to address the opioid crisis, and so much more.

If we want more of this kind of leadership in Congress — not the MAGA clown kind — we all need to pitch in where we can. As Chair of the DCCC, Suzan is responsible for retaking our House majority. Chip in $5 or whatever you can so she has what it takes to get the job done!
