* We’re fighting back as access to medication abortion remains under threat nationwide due to an ongoing case brought by anti-abortion extremists attempting to block the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) long-standing approval of mifepristone.
* We're not done fighting in South Carolina, where the state supreme court upheld an abortion ban in August, decimating abortion access in the South and forcing health care providers to turn away patients in need of care.
