Thanks, Birth Control Day is our annual social media campaign that celebrates birth control and all that it makes possible for people everywhere. This year, we are kicking off the celebration on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

For over a decade, the #ThxBirthControl ([link removed]) campaign has helped to normalize conversations about contraception and show the world that everyone deserves access to the method of their choice so they can live their lives on their own terms. With reproductive freedoms under attack across the country, it could hardly be a more important time to let your voice be heard.

On November 15, 2023, we invite partners, health care providers, and individuals from all walks of life to share our resources and their personal stories about birth control across social media using #ThxBirthControl.

To help you get ready, check out our 2023 toolkit ([link removed]) , which has new graphics, compelling data, and suggested social media language. This document is regularly updated to include the most current and valuable resources as we approach the big day!

You can help inspire communities to discuss their experiences with birth control on social media and acknowledge the positive impact it has had on their lives. Together we can show everyone that affordable and accessible birth control is basic health care that everyone deserves access to.
