Protect Yourself and Your Community
As autumn's crisp air sets in, and the chill of winter
approaches, influenza - commonly known as the flu - tends to strike most frequently. Since we are all at risk of getting or spreading the flu, consider taking these five easy actions to help you and your community stay healthy this season.
 
 
Avoid close contact with people who are sick, and
stay home if you are sick
Wash your hands with soap and water frequently for at least 20 seconds
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or your elbow
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth to help
prevent infections
Get your flu shot
