Project description: SolarGen of Minnesota, LLC and Allied Solar, LLC, are proposing a 40-megawatt solar electrical generation facility on 241 acres in Lake Mary Township, Douglas County. Facility construction includes site grading; installation of racking, panels, equipment and fencing; and final landscaping. Estimated facility lifespan is 25-years, after which all equipment and appurtenances will be removed and the land restored.

Project description: The preferred alternative consists of a bituminous reclamation of TH 11 from the east city limits of Roseau (17th Avenue NE) to TH 313 in Warroad, including realigning 1.3 miles of TH 11 south of the Roseau Municipal Airport and widening TH 11 from 550th Avenue to 570th Avenue, west of Warroad, to a three-lane section. The TH 11 EA/EAW was originally published on June 14, 2022 and a public hearing was held on June 29, 2022 in Roseau. The EA/EAW was rescinded on July 8, 2022 after it was determined that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) needed to be elevated to a Cooperating Agency. A second public hearing will not occur. Substantive comments will be noted and addressed.

Project description: The AUAR study area encompasses an area totaling approximately 333 acres on 6 parcels located at County Road 42 and Emery Avenue E in the City of Rosemount, Dakota County, Minnesota. Project Mercury, LLC is proposing to develop the study area from existing farmland to data center or industrial, business park, and commercial uses. Two scenarios are proposed for evaluation in the AUAR. Scenario 1 includes multiple buildings for a total of 2.3 million square feet of proposed data center development. Scenario 2 includes multiple buildings for a total of 1,293,333 square feet of proposed light industrial, 646,667 square feet of business park, and 560,000 square feet of community commercial development. The proposed development within the AUAR study area is anticipated to begin in August 2024.

Project description: The Launch Park Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) study area is approximately 190 acres in Lakeville, MN located on Cedar Avenue in between Lakeville Boulevard and 225th Street. The City of Lakeville adopted the Launch Park Final AUAR in September 2018. Since that time, development within the study area has occurred. Pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410.3610 Subp. 7, an AUAR and plan for mitigation must be revised every five years until all development in the study area has received final approval. Since the study area is not yet fully developed, the purpose of this document is to provide another update to the Launch Park AUAR pursuant to Minnesota Rules.
