We keep thinking we’ve seen the worst of the Republican Party: Denying the 2020 election, banning abortion, mocking bipartisanship, undermining our national security by holding up a long list of military promotions, and more. But they keep proving us wrong.

They’ve spent 2023 trying to reverse the progress we made during the first two years of the Biden-Harris administration (and the last two years of Nancy Pelosi’s historic tenure as Speaker) – like when they tried to elect far-right MAGA extremist Jim Jordan as Speaker, or when they decided to waste the American people's time and money on a bogus impeachment inquiry into President Biden.

And when the American people faced a government shutdown earlier this month – which would have put the livelihoods of MILLIONS on the line – they were all too eager to let Americans foot the bill for their political posturing.

John, it’s time to put a stop to the destructive antics of the extremist Republicans – and the moderates in their party who seemingly enable them.
