We wanted to fill you in on some exciting changes happening at Reproaction!

On top of our commitment to observing a 32-hour work week to prioritize real rest and self-care, Reproaction is committed to thwarting burnout in our organization by offering employees a three-month paid sabbatical or a $5,000 stipend following 5 years of service.

We’ve managed to offer these benefits while growing our organization and scaling up our capacity, and with that, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re hiring!

Reproaction is hiring for a press secretary to join our team (read the job description and apply here!). Stay tuned for more additions to come.

We’re also thrilled to announce promotions for almost half a dozen staff members. Reproaction prides itself on promoting from within, and we’re pleased to invest in and grow the talent among us.

Our movement has bold, fierce, hard-working leaders in our ranks. We’re proud to amplify the existing movement leaders within us while opening the space for new ideas and fresh faces that are eager to move the work forward.
