Our new Supreme Court election ad is everywhere!

Election Day is just a few weeks away. And in Pennsylvania, the stakes couldn't be higher.

Daniel McCaffery and Carolyn Carluccio are running for the chance to serve the next decade on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. While the ACLU of Pennsylvania does not endorse candidates for political office, we also want to be sure that every voter makes an informed decision about who they are supporting to sit on the highest court in the Commonwealth.

That's why we wanted to be sure that you saw our latest ad, which takes a look at where each candidate stands on your right to access abortion care in Pennsylvania.
