For more than 25 years, AVC's Annual Veterans Conference has been a monumental
experience for every generation of America's heroes.
But I'm sure you can understand why the Annual Veterans Conference means so
much to our World War II heroes in particular this year.
At the Conference, they will have the opportunity to reconnect with their
brothers- and sisters-in-arms, share their stories, and impart powerful lessons
learned from serving our country to the young people and military academy and
ROTC students in attendance.
(Imagine being a 22-year-old student in 2023 and having the honor to spend a
weekend surrounded by dozens of legends from World War II – an experience they
will never forget!)
Veterans will be able to record a Hollywood-studio-quality interview about
their World War II service -- and past interviews have been seen on PBS and
Netflix, in museums across the country, and watched 100 MILLION times on the
AVC’s YouTube channel.
But perhaps most important, these World War II veterans will see firsthand how
their service and sacrifice are still being honored by a grateful nation 80
years later.
Fellow American, if you can't join us in-person for AVC's Annual Veterans
Conference, I hope you'll consider a generous gift to support our World War II
heroes this year.
