Ask Your Students To Think The Vote!

Our new Think The Vote question takes a look at who should be responsible for drawing political districts in individual states for the purposes of voting and representation. The U.S. Supreme Court is currently considering a case surrounding the topic of gerrymandering in certain state districts.

So should the duty to draw and create political districts fall to the legislature in each state? Or is this an issue that should be addressed at the federal level? Students can share their thoughts on this Think The Vote question until Wednesday, Nov. 8.
