I didn’t engage in any violence. 3. I didn’t engage in any vandalism, theft, or destruction. 4. I wasn’t involved in any planning of a riot or any attack of any kind. 5. I had no criminal record. 6. I was a well known political public figure with hours and hours and hours of available footage on the internet of my activism and advocacy work which always called for a pursuit of bringing Americans back together to a place of peace, civility, and unity.
