** GA SUPREME COURT DECISION COMES OUT TOMORROW MORNING!

On March 28, 2023, Georgia’s Supreme Court heard the case of the State of Georgia v. SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective et al.

Tomorrow we will learn the Supreme Court’s decision!

BACKGROUND

The most recent challenge against the L.I.F.E. Act (a.k.a. the Heartbeat Bill) was filed in Fulton County Superior Court with Judge Robert McBurney last summer. Their intent is for the State court system to invent a right to abortion under the Georgia Constitution since the Federal courts have affirmed there is NO right to abortion under the U.S. Constitution by overturning Roe v. Wade - so that the billion-dollar abortion industry can continue exploiting and profiting from women facing crisis ([link removed]) . The case was heard in the Fulton Superior Court and then appealed to the Supreme Court of Georgia, where it will be decided - once and for all - TOMORROW, October 24, 2023.

The Court has scheduled the release of its opinion tomorrow morning at 9:00AM ([link removed]) . You can be at the Court in person for this historic opinion ([link removed]) .

We implore all Georgians stay engaged in diligent prayer as the war on life continues to wage and battle lines change.

Georgians are seeing a positive effects of the Heartbeat Bill. From babies being saved as abortion clinics shut down ([link removed]) to pregnant women being eligible for child support and tax exemptions ([link removed]) - the Heartbeat Bill is good for Georgia!

We can’t take these challenges lightly.
* In 2019, the Kansas Supreme Court created a right to abortion under their State Constitution ([link removed]) . That decision led to every pro-life law in their state being blocked until the state changes its Constitution.
* Today, there is a referendum battle in Ohio. ([link removed]) The abortion industry is throwing everything they have at our friends in the Buckeye State to change its state constitution to enshrine abortion in its constitution until birth AND remove parental consent altogether - including the “right” of minors to undergo dangerous sex-change surgeries and acquire life-altering drugs behind their parent’s backs.

What’s happening in Ohio is exactly what the profit-hungry abortion industry wants for Georgia.

* Post-abortive women are protected from prosecution under law (lines 158-173)
