When it comes to dysfunctional leadership, no one does it better than Republicans, folks.
It’s been almost three weeks since the House ousted Kevin McCarthy as speaker, and the GOP has yet to find his replacement. Let’s not forget to applaud their attempts: Steve Scalise and Jim Jordan were so close to securing the votes! (Not).
If there’s one thing we can count on Republicans for it’s being ineffective. They can’t even agree within their own party on who to nominate as the new House leader, and we’re supposed to rely on them to help run our country?
I don’t think so.
The simple and easy solution to solving the broken and radicalized Republican Party is making sure they’re not the majority in any part of Congress. Period.
Democrats need to take back control of the House next November, and we can start by making sure incumbent seats like mine are protected. Will you chip in $25 or whatever you can to help us win back the House majority?

Let’s put an end to this circus and get back to work.
