[1]The Long Run PAC

Friend, I want to take a moment to be fully transparent with you.

In the latest fundraising period, our people-powered campaign reported having over 3x the number of donors Ken Calvert did. We also surpassed him significantly among in-district donors.

That's a huge sign of our strength, but we still have ground to make up.

Calvert got a head start on fundraising, and thanks to his special interest and corporate PAC allies, he currently has more cash than we do. Much more.

Will Rollins: $819,641
Ken Calvert: $1,541,016

We have incredible momentum, but if we’re going to win this race, it’s important that we close the gap you see above. We could really use your help picking up the pace.

Our goal is to generate as many individual donations as possible before the end of this week to help close this gap. If you can, please split whatever amount makes sense between The Long Run and our campaign to flip the 41st.

You know the statistics. History tells us that the candidate with the most money will likely win over 90% of the time.

I think it's wrong that money plays such a huge role in determining who holds power. That’s a big reason why I reject corporate PAC money and am running a campaign powered by real people.

We know the requests for contributions can feel relentless, but the numbers we laid out above are the reality we're up against, and it’s why we need to ask.

Please split a contribution between The Long Run and our campaign to help us continue closing the gap on Calvert. Every donation makes a difference and will help put me in Congress to fight for change.
