Hi John, it's Eddie here, Raquel's husband.
A while back I shared the story about how Raquel and I met. Believe it or not, I met her at my doorstep. She was doing what she does best: organizing our community despite the 100+ degree summer heat.
Now, Raquel’s running for Congress and we need your help. We’re building a movement here and we need the resources to hire organizers, train volunteers, and talk to voters throughout the district. Before you read about our story below, can you chip in a few bucks to help? [[link removed]]

Hi John,
I’m Eddie Barron and for more than 7 years, I’ve had the honor of being married to my favorite person and an agent of change, Raquel Terán. Her love and care for our community has brought her from her roots as a community activist to a political organizer, to an elected official, and now a candidate for Congress.
Running for Congress takes resources, and Raquel’s campaign is building a grassroots donor program so Raquel can spend more time knocking doors, engaging with voters, and listening to our community – and not stuck on the phone dialing for dollars. Will you help make sure we have those resources by contributing $10 or whatever you can afford today? [[link removed]]
I know first-hand how persuasive Raquel can be knocking on doors because that’s how we met! It was during the 2012 campaign season. She was the only candidate that knocked on my door that summer, while others either took for granted or didn’t care about my vote. Her genuine approach about the issues I cared about and the change I wanted to see is why I voted for her during that election, and the same reason I fully support her campaign for Congress. I was one of thousands of voters she reached out to during the summer with temperature easily above 100 degrees. I’ll never forget the drive and determination she had to deliver real change for our communities. That same drive for change doesn’t stop on Election Day for Raquel – she has always brought that same energy, empathy, and drive to her work as an elected official and community organizer as well.
That’s exactly why we need her in Congress. But to win, we need her in our community, knocking on doors, and meeting donors. Please join me in support of my wife, Raquel Terán, and get her elected as the first Latina representative from Arizona. [[link removed]]
Muchas Gracias,
Eddie Barron

[link removed] [[link removed]] Raquel Terán is running to represent Arizona's 3rd Congressional District as the first Latina congresswoman from Arizona.
For nearly 20 years, she's been fighting for higher wages for workers, healthcare for all, and better schools for our children.
She's helped build broad and diverse coalitions that have beaten Republicans like Donald Trump, Joe Arpaio, and Kari Lake.
Now she's ready to take the fight to Congress, but we'll need your support to win. Chip in today! [[link removed]]
