BIG WINS AROUND THE STATE OF TEXAS ON PRIMARY DAY
After our campaign led a 12-day Get Out the Vote tour around the state of Texas, Republican voters successfully nominated strong conservative candidates across the state in last night’s primary election. But our work is far from over. From now through Election Day, Republicans must continue to mobilize and support these candidates to keep Texas red and secure a brighter future for our state. We have our candidates, now we need supporters and activists like you to keep the momentum going by knocking on doors, making phone calls, and lending your time and support to ensure Republican victories up and down the ballot. Our team can help you get started volunteering for candidates from around the state of Texas by clicking HERE. |
Failed Presidential and Senate candidate Beto O’Rourke is back on the trail, but this time he’s throwing his support behind Democrat Presidential frontrunner, Joe Biden. Biden announced in Dallas on Monday that Beto will be leading the charge on Biden’s anti-Second Amendment crusade. Back when Beto was running for President, he said he wanted to confiscate legally-owned guns by going door-to-door. Rolling out an anti-Second Amendment crusade at a Texas rally is quite the strategy for former-Vice President Biden. |
On Monday we celebrated Texas Independence Day. |
THE PREVENTATIVE STEPS WE’RE TAKING TO COMBAT THE CORONAVIRUS IN TEXAS
Last week I met with State Health and Emergency Response Officials to discuss how Texas is responding to the threat of coronavirus. The State of Texas is working closely with Vice President Pence and our federal partners to mitigate any potential spread of the coronavirus in Texas. We will continue to safeguard our communities and closely monitor the situation to ensure the health and safety of all Texans. |
Austin’s homelessness policies are harmful to the homeless & non-homeless alike.
The city has refused to take action, further elevating the crisis. More citizens are stepping up to condemn the failed leadership of the City of Austin |
TEXAS WINS GOVERNOR'S CUP FOR RECORD-BREAKING 8TH STRAIGHT YEAR.
On Monday, Texas won Site Selection Magazine’s Governor’s Cup for a record-breaking 8th year in a row. This award goes to the state that is #1 in economic development. Texas’ skilled, diverse, and unrivaled workforce drives our booming economy. The Governor’s Cup is a testament to the hard work of our economic development teams across the state that continue to make Texas the best state for business. 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF SCOTUS TEN COMMANDMENTS CASE On March 2, 2005, I argued before the U.S. Supreme Court to defend the Ten Commandments display on the Texas Capitol Grounds. We won and the Ten Commandments Monument remains on the Texas Capitol grounds. Texas will always cherish religious freedom and the values that keep Texas the best state in the nation. WATCH: ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IN TEXAS Our lives are not defined by how we are challenged. Instead we determine our future by how we respond to those challenges. We live in a State where a young man can have his back broken in half and still rise up and become Governor. |
