Here’s the latest on mifepristone, John:

Independent pharmacies are starting to dispense the pill directly to patients, as per recent protections for the drug put in place by the Biden administration. 

But all could soon be reversed, as the Supreme Court is very likely to take up the case this term — and as you know, the Justices have been extremely hostile to reproductive rights in the past. 

If SCOTUS upholds the previous restriction by a lower court, mifepristone will no longer be available by mail, and will only be available in the first seven weeks of pregnancy (before many women realize they are pregnant) — including in states where abortion remains legal.
