Dear Friends,

The NRCAT team is excited to invite you to join us for a one-hour virtual gathering of the NRCAT National Network of Solitary Survivors this Thursday, October 26 at 1pm ET/10am PT. Register here to join the conversation.

Co-hosted by NRCAT’s Director of U.S. Prisons Program, Johnny Perez, and NRCAT’s National Network Coordinator, Michael Saavedra, the gathering will be a time to learn about how participants in the NRCAT National Network of Solitary Survivors can connect to comprehensive training and ongoing support in leadership, public education, and mentorship.

By joining the Network, individuals with first-hand experience of solitary confinement can connect with like-minded peers, gain access to valuable resources, and immerse themselves in a supportive environment committed to fostering positive change.

If you yourself are a survivor of solitary confinement, or if you work closely with those who have endured solitary with whom you can extend an invitation to join the Network, this gathering is for you to connect and learn more to help the Network grow. Register here to join us this Thursday.

Through the Network, NRCAT is committed to empowering survivors in advocating for justice and an end to the torture of solitary confinement. The power of community, support, and comprehensive training will continue to drive meaningful change. We invite you to be a part of that change!

In community,

The NRCAT Team, Johnny, Michael, Ron, Laura, and T.C.
