John --
In 2014, Louisiana passed a law requiring physicians performing abortion services to have hospital admitting privileges within 30 miles of the services provided -- and right now, the Supreme Court is hearing arguments.
The justices may need to hear arguments to determine the constitutionality of this law, but Dr. Al Gross knows an undue burden when he sees one.
Physicians have argued time and time again that there is no medical necessity for abortion providers to have hospital privileges.
This law is just another means for the government to regulate women's bodies and meddle in a doctor-patient relationships. Sign our petition today and tell the Supreme Court to strike down Louisiana's restrictive law.

As a doctor himself, Al knows how sacred the relationship between a patient and their doctor is.
Meanwhile, out-of-touch lawmakers are pretending to be concerned with women's health and well being -- but are more concerned with controlling women's bodies and restricting their access to abortions. Just last week the Senate tried to pass another law banning many abortions, and though it didn't pass, Dan Sullivan voted in favor of it.
The courts have already ruled that women have the right to an abortion -- and doctors have the right to perform them. The government has done their job. Now, let's let doctors do theirs.
Dr. Al Gross is fighting for women's autonomy in Alaska and across the country. If you're with him, sign the petition in support of reproductive freedom today.
