Team, there aren’t a lot of stories like mine in Washington — and it shows.

I’ll explain, but first, will you pitch in $10 to help me keep this seat blue? We can’t allow an extremist to win this race and roll back all of Colorado’s progress.

This month, far-right Republicans plunged the House into chaos, grinding much of our Congressional work to a standstill. That’s just not something you do if you truly understand how Congress’s actions impact real people’s lives.

It’s not something you’d do if you understood, like me, what it’s like to work a register and wait tables to get through school.

And it’s not something you’d do if you truly understood the struggle of everyday Americans who live paycheck to paycheck.

Coloradans don’t want a Congress that puts blind partisanship over the needs of working families — that’s why I’ve always been willing to work across the aisle to find bipartisan solutions that make a positive impact on CO-07 families.

But right now, far too many people’s needs are being overlooked by the far-right majority in the House — that’s why I wanted to ask:

Will you chip in $10 to help me continue serving our communities in Washington? If we want to flip the House blue and deliver real progress across the country, we can’t allow this critically important seat to flip red.
