In August, I shared that Defend Democracy PAC had disbursed $83,000 to Democratic candidates across Virginia.

In September, I announced that our total had increased to $100,000.

Now, I’m so honored to share that we’ve disbursed $280,000 – more than a quarter of a million dollars – to the candidates who need it most.

This just keeps getting better and better, and we could not have done it without you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, John.

Those contributions will help determine control of the State Senate and House of Delegates just a few weeks from now, and in turn, the fate of choice, workers’ rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and education in Virginia.

Now, Gov. Youngkin and his allies may have far-right millions and the MAGA disinformation machine on their side.

But all those millions can’t erase the fact that our ideals – democracy, equality, choice, freedom – resonate with the broadest coalition of voters across the state.
