Attached below is the Kansas Disaster Response Plan (KDRP) for 2023.  I'm not sure how much help this will be, but if you are interested in any of the Recovery Support Functions (RSF), you can see which agencies are responsible for the issues you are interested in and reach out to them to see what they are doing and how you can help. The checklists are in 7.2.1 RSF Checklists section. In the tables under each RSF is a list of members that includes state agencies and private sector/non-governmental organizations.  KCDC was only involved in RSF 3: Health and Social Services and 4: Housing.
