John — House Republicans are once again embarrassing themselves on the world stage. — They tried to plunge the country into a needless and painful Government shutdown. — And when that didn't work, they threw a tantrum and deposed their own Speaker. — Now, they spent weeks squabbling and infighting over who should lead them next — while their Civil War has left all of Congress paralyzed.
