We have a major update in the battle to save unborn babies.

Biden just lost big time in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit he filed to block an abortion ban in one state. He also lost in federal appeals court in his attempt to expand the abortion pill, which kills more babies than any other kind of abortion.

But he's appealing both of these monumental cases. He's asked the full 9th Circuit to rehear the case and overturn the abortion ban. Our critical amicus brief is part of the record in this case. It's one step before the Supreme Court.

He's also asking the Supreme Court to overturn all restrictions on abortion pills. This could have a devastating impact for unborn babies nationwide. We're preparing to file our 5th amicus brief in this critical case.
