Currently, when someone has a gun stolen or it is lost, there is not requirement they report it to the police. We want to change that.
The Public Interest Law Center is representing CFPA as we try to intervene in a pending lost and stolen case. This is an important opportunity for us to advocate to allow the city of Philadelphia to enforce life saving lost and stolen reporting. | |
