I can't comprehend what the anti-gun statists
in BOTH parties don't understand about the words you and I can
plainly read in the Second Amendment's clear and concise
language.

But I'm afraid the situation is growing more
and more serious following the tragic murders in Texas and Ohio
over the weekend.

In fact, President Trump declared in his
press conference:

"I have called for Red Flag laws . . . strong
background checks."

He showed he's ready to make a gun control
deal with Congressional Democrats, including on so-called "Red
Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders, which would seize law-abiding
Americans' firearms with ZERO DUE PROCESS.

And if emerging news reports are to be
believed, the President is looking to Attorney General William
Barr -- who outright admitted his support for gun confiscation
and gun registration to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) during
his confirmation hearings -- for counsel on extra-constitutional
means to carve away our gun rights via executive order.

President Trump is either taking bad advice
from the Washington, D.C. "Swamp," or he's backtracking on the
pro-gun promises he made early in his first term.

Either way, it's absolutely critical you act
at once.

Of course, usual suspects like Senator
Lindsey Graham (R-SC) snapped into action before all the facts
came in, announcing almost immediately that he'd "struck a deal"
with Senate Democrats on "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation.

And Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell
(R-KY) has tapped Sen. Graham -- along with establishment
politicians Senators Lamar Alexander (R-TN) and Roger Wicker
(R-MS) -- to "engage in bipartisan discussions of potential
solutions to help protect our communities."

You and I both know what that means -- the
fight over our Second Amendment freedoms is well underway and
EVERYTHING is on the table, including proposals like:

*** Feinstein's so-called "Assault Weapons"
Ban, which would outlaw specific rifles, shotguns, and handguns
-- including ones popular with hunters and sportsmen -- based
arbitrarily on nothing more than certain "scary" cosmetic
features;

*** Emergency "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation
Orders, allowing friends or family members to have your guns
taken away based on mere accusations without due process or
trial;

*** Toomey-Manchin's so-called "Universal
Background Checks," designed to sound benign, this bill would
create a nationwide gun registry, which as we know, registration
is the first step toward outright confiscation;

*** Raising the minimum age to buy or
possess a rifle, denying young adults their Second Amendment
rights at home while the government continues to hand them more
powerful weapons and ship them off overseas on America's grand
military adventures;

With the horse trading likely well underway,
I'm afraid you and I may not have much time before a bill could
up for a vote when Congress returns, so your IMMEDIATE action is
crucial to stopping this onslaught of gun control schemes.

The good news is, the president has
demonstrated in the past that he'll thumb his nose at the media
elites and is willing to listen to grassroots Americans like you.

thing is clearly missing from the politicians' proposals:
pro-gun reforms that could actually prevent another El Paso or
Dayton, such as repeal of so-called "Gun-Free" zones.

You see, , all of these gun control
proposals aren't really about preventing another murder spree by
some madman.

It's about the gun-grabbers not letting a
crisis go to waste.

It's about control.

They've been coming after your guns for
decades and they're going to make the most of this one using
emotion to trump objectivity.

And with the anti-gun statists shouting in
the President's ear, the national media giving them cover, and
BILLIONAIRE Michael Bloomberg dispersing cash by the truckload to
the Gun Control Lobby's behemoth network of deep-pocketed
organizations, I need you to act immediately.

That's why I need all hands on deck for

We must make it clear to your elected
officials there is no room for negotiation when it comes to our
Second Amendment rights.

As I said at the beginning of this letter,
the words of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution are
clear:

". . . the right of the people to keep and
bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

There are no asterisks and no footnotes.
There are no sentences that follow starting with the words
"unless" or "however." The right to defend your life and
property shall not be infringed by the government.

Period.

Weak-kneed Republicans are being browbeaten
by the anti-gun media and the deep-pocketed Gun Control Lobby to
cave to their demands.

But as I mentioned earlier, the good news is,
the President has demonstrated he'll ignore the media elites and
is willing to listen to grassroots Americans like you.

In order to ensure we cut through the noise
and our message is heard LOUD and CLEAR, Campaign for Liberty
will need all the resources we can to pull out all the stops with
a massive grassroots mobilization plan.

I know that's a lot to ask, but the Second
Amendment is under assault like never before in recent history.

Unlike when Barack Obama was in office, many
Republicans won't instinctively oppose these gun control measures
since "their" guys are the ones floating them.

And with anti-gun statists shouting in the
President's ear, I'm afraid President Trump could fall into their
trap if liberty-loving citizens fail to counter the gun-grabbers'
advance.

Of course, if that's just too much right now,
I'm counting on each and every Campaign for Liberty member and
supporter to dig deep and make a generous contribution of

The sad truth is that in the lead up to his
unilateral ban on bump stocks -- through executive order --
President Trump threw around statements like, "Take the guns
first, go through due process second," and barely registered a
blip on the radar.

And with President Trump floating ideas like
that, which make Senator Dianne Feinstein giddy, I'm afraid many
weak-kneed Republicans could sell-out America's law-abiding gun
owners and place massive new restrictions on our Second Amendment
rights.
