We are officially on the May 19th Democratic Primary ballot!

John, you've been with me every step of the way, donating, volunteering, retweeting in support of the progressive movement we are building here in DeKalb County and across Georgia.

Change can happen at all levels, and to make that change we need to elect progressives up and down the ballot, from the White House down to the local County Commission.

This is one of the most Democratic districts in Georgia, meaning the only true election is on the primary ballot on May 19th. I've lived in DeKalb for over 15 years. I know the community, the people and the challenges we face. My experience as Mayor of Clarkston means I will be ready to work on day one.

The experience we need to immediately push forward progressive policies on criminal justice, housing affordability, transit expansion, public health enhancements, expanding voting rights, and taking action on climate change.
