Hi John,
Amidst the Speaker of the House debacle, Nancy’s opponent is getting a lot of air time as a “moderate” Republican, all while he’s spreading lies about Nancy right out of the MAGA playbook.
Before coming on as Nancy’s campaign manager, I spent years as a research director on campaigns, so I see our opponent’s record for what it really is.
Let’s set this record straight: Nancy’s opponent may portray himself as a moderate, but his alignment with right-wing zealots reveals a different story.
When Roe v. Wade was overturned, he applauded the Supreme Court’s decision. In Congress, he voted to punish doctors who provide reproductive care and to restrict abortion access for members of the military and their families. He’s even part of a caucus that’s proposed a nationwide abortion ban, without exceptions for rape, incest, or a woman’s well-being.

This morning I looked at our fundraising numbers -- and I’m proud of where we’re at -- but I know we will have to continue building our resources to ensure voters know the truth and can make informed decisions about who they will elect.
I’m already thinking about what worked in Nancy’s 2020 run against Lee Zeldin and what didn’t, and our 2024 strategy is dependent on the continued support of people like you who remember and trust Nancy to be a leader who will work for all of us.
Before the end of the month, we’ve set a goal of raising $60k more to put towards our staffing and early volunteer recruitment so that we have the numbers to stop Republicans from wreaking further havoc from Long Island to D.C.
I wouldn’t be working on this campaign if I didn’t think Nancy was the candidate with the BEST chance to flip this seat and help take back the House in 2024. I know Nancy can win -- but again, we need you with us.
