It was yet another frustrating week, but I’m back to keep you in the loop on how I am fighting for our conservative values. I was pleased to support Representative Jim Jordan (OH-04) in each round of voting this week. He’s a rock-solid conservative and a fighter, and I know he would have been a strong leader. Unfortunately, our conference is fractured, and the petty infighting—from the beginning—is getting in the way of legislating and fighting President Biden’s failed agenda. I will continue to urge my colleagues to unify around a proven conservative who has what it takes to wield the gavel and move our agenda forward. It is disturbing to witness the heinous actions of Hamas, an Iran-backed terrorist organization, and the threat they pose to innocent men, women, and children. America stands firmly by Israel during these trying times; however, it is unconscionable that the Biden administration is still providing substantial funding to Iran. This is not just troubling but outright infuriating, given Iran's hostile rhetoric toward Israel and its support for Hamas. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Iran shouldn’t receive a penny of taxpayer dollars. That’s why I’ve joined my colleagues in demanding the President reevaluate this funding. We should never fund enemies that harbor hatred toward America or our ally Israel. As always, please contact my office if there is anything we can help with. Thank you for your continued support!
