Another busy week at America First Legal! This week, we responded to the partisan gag order imposed on President Trump. We continued to fight for equal justice under the law. We also filed a motion for summary judgment in our lawsuit against Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice for failing to require Hunter Biden to register as an agent of Ukraine, China, Russia, and Romania during the Obama Administration. We also sued New York University (NYU) on behalf of a first-year law student for discriminating based on race and sex when selecting the members and editors of its law review. Keep reading!
